Classes are small group training, keeping numbers low so you can expect plenty of 121 attention, where you can train safely in a small and non-intimidating class.
You have the choice of lifting weights at one of our Lift classes or Strong is a typical circuit where we use a variety of equipment.
For those who like to box then you have Boxcamp plus our new open gym nights where everyone can come in and train as they please.
Our outdoor Bootcamps are held at The Little Norfolk Farm, Horsford, my absolute favourite sessions of the week! Where everyone can get stuck into battle ropes, tyres, barrels and so much more! You do not have to be fit or strong to come, you will gain both by coming and have a huge amount of fun!
It's a great way to increase fitness, strength and endurance, not forgetting the many benefits to mental health by training outdoors with a great team spirit!
